    Individual adult therapy

    50 minute sessions

    Virtual using a HIPAA compliant platform. You must be in California during your session.

    Out of pocket: $185 per 50 minute session.

    Limited sliding scale spots.

    I can provide superbills as a PPO out-of-network provider.

To me, therapy is much more than symptom reduction, though it can involve this. I see therapy as a movement towards thriving and flourishing as your authentic self. Because I seek to honor each person’s unique particularities and hopes, therapy with me is never a one-size-fits-all experience. Based on your wants and needs, I use an insight-driven, integrative approach that draws from modalities and tools, such as psychodynamic therapy, CBT, havening, and EMDR. Above all, I seek to be a compassionate, curious, culturally-sensitive, and empowering therapeutic presence.
